Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

The role involves greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions, with duties spanning cash handling, merchandising, and general store upkeep. Shifts vary and may include weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet the customer, uncover needs, recommend products, ask to add value, and appreciate the customer.
• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler (age permitting).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
