Job summary

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintains a clean, organized sales floor and supports merchandise presentation.
• Greets Customers and assists with merchandise and questions in a polite, knowledgeable manner.
• Operates registers, processes transactions, and handles basic cash handling procedures.
• Responds promptly to Customer service requests and communicates with Store Leadership when needed.
• Represents Ross Stores with integrity and protects confidential information and company assets.
• Performs routine stocking, pricing, and housekeeping duties to maintain store standards.
