Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Retail Associate to help ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. You will greet customers with eye contact and a smile, assist with merchandise, and maintain clean, organized aisles and checkouts.

You’ll follow safety protocols and represent the Ross brand with professionalism on a daily basis. Responsibilities include assisting with transactions, stocking, and merchandising while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with merchandise in a friendly and efficient manner.
