Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, processing sales at the register, and keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
