Veolia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to act as the liaison between customers, CX account managers, service operations, and billing. You will ensure order accuracy, progression, and timely invoicing while collaborating with operations and sales to exceed customer expectations.

The Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) serves as an internal liaison between the Customer, the Customer Experience Account Manager (CXAM), Service Operations and Billing. The role is directly responsible for order accuracy and progression.
