New Pig Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Duncansville, PA (16635) for onsite work on a daylight/evening shift. Two schedules available: 5 days 11:30am–8:00pm or 4 days 9:30am–8:00pm.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, and growing sales while delivering top-notch service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills.

• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
• Outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Keyboarding experience and familiarity with computer software systems
• Ability to deliver quality work consistently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Process customer orders through computer systems
• Grow sales by making order-level offers
• Provide basic product information to customers
• Quote prices and delivery information to customers
• Research and resolve order exceptions
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded on every contact
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards
