Job summary

New Pig Corporation in Duncansville, PA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) to manage the hourly production team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead lean initiatives, develop team skills, and drive 5S and visual management. Strong leadership, coaching ability, and experience with shop floor systems are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary education in technical/business field or practical manufacturing management experience.
• Strong leader able to coach, develop and engage team members.
• Experience and/or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Able to lead continuous improvement activities (workshops or quick Kaizen events).
• Knowledge of New Pig products and processes; basic technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd shift production team in Duncansville to meet daily production scheduling requirements while ensuring all products are made to standard work and quality requirements.
• Develop the team's skills in operation and problem solving.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and visual management practices (5S, daily flash meetings).
• Update daily production reports and status updates.
• Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
