Beckhoff Automation USA is seeking a customer-focused support specialist to handle calls and emails, process orders, and resolve shipping issues. You’ll build lasting relationships, manage customer data in ERP, and generate reports to support sales and service teams.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a hybrid work model with on-site presence at one of our regional offices or Savage, MN HQ. Experience with MS Office and Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Competenze

• 1–2 years college or technical education; college degree desired.
• 3+ years’ administrative or customer support experience in an office environment; 4-year degree with 2 years of experience acceptable.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Dynamics (D365) preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Code incoming region team emails and maintain an organized region inbox.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with external and internal inquiries promptly.
• Update and maintain customer accounts and data in the ERP system.
• Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
• Serve customers with timely, accurate product information and maintain relationships.
