Beckhoff Automation USA is seeking a people-oriented professional to handle inbound calls and emails, processing orders, and resolving shipping issues while building lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ERP data management, and collaborative teamwork in a hybrid work environment with regional sales offices. Prior experience in customer support and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) are valued.

Competenze

• 1–2 years college or technical education; college degree desired.
• 3+ years’ administrative or customer support experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.

Mansioni

• Code incoming region team emails and maintain an organized region inbox.
• Answer phone calls, respond to email communications and assist with external customer inquiries and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and maintain customer accounts and data in ERP system.
• Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
• Serve customers by providing timely and accurate product information and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect instantly with people.
