Qualifications

• 1–2 years college or technical education; college degree desired.
• 3+ years’ administrative or customer support experience in an office environment.
• 4-year degree with 2 years administrative or customer support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails, process new product orders, and fix shipping mishaps.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and community that loves our products.
• Maintain region inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and maintain customer accounts and data in ERP system.
• Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
• Provide timely and accurate product information and maintain customer relationships.
