Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-20 call interactions per day and process 40-60 cases daily.
• Determine sample eligibility and deliver accurate order status updates.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth order transactions.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive provider relationships.
