Wallis Companies is seeking an Inside Customer Service Representative I to manage customer relationships and process orders efficiently. You will respond to inquiries, generate price quotes, and coordinate with both inside and outside sales teams to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 1+ years in general sales or customer service is preferred.
• Language: English fluency in reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inside Sales Manager in monitoring accounts receivable aging and delinquent accounts.
• Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations via phone, fax, or email.
• Input customer orders accurately and professionally.
• Address or process price quotations, POs, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow safety practices.
• Support outside sales team for inside accounts and travel as needed.
