McGee & Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support our growing team in Draper, UT. You will help resolve inquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with fulfillment on order-related issues.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week at Draper HQ). Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, with opportunities for employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve issues.
• Self-starter who can work under minimal supervision.
• High school degree; BS degree in communication or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to all customer-service related inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Handle escalated customer service issues as necessary with courtesy and eloquence.
• Engage in direct communication with our clients regarding any order related information.
• Assist the fulfillment team with damage claims at the manufacturer and carrier level.
• Coordinate all direct sales orders as needed.
