Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Experience in a call center, customer service, or insurance environment preferred.
• Florida Personal Lines or General Lines license (company-supported) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from agents and policyholders in a fast-paced call center.
• Provide accurate information on policies, billing, and underwriting processes.
• Navigate multiple applications to research and resolve inquiries; assist with quotes and policy changes.
