Role involves handling calls, researching policies, and collaborating with underwriting and claims teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Payrate: $21.64 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a call center, customer service, or insurance is preferred.
• License: Florida Personal Lines or General Lines license possible (company-supported).

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center.
• Provide accurate information on policies, billing, and underwriting.
• Navigate multiple applications to research and resolve inquiries.
• Assist with quotes, policy changes, and documentation using paperless systems.
• Learn underwriting guidelines and assess insurance risks.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high standards for call quality, accuracy, attendance, and CSAT.
