Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• Background in Personal Lines insurance and familiarity with customer databases or comparable technology.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
• Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology; attention to detail, multi-tasking, and customer service skills; strong written, verbal, and listening skills; analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and insurance databases.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Experiences: Support and empower agents and policyholders.

• Review Inspections: Make decisions on insurance risks based on completed inspections.
• Process Risks: Handle acceptable risks through our system and prepare necessary documents for those that are not.
• Communicate Professionally: Manage emails and phone calls from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred Experience: Background in Personal Lines insurance and familiarity with customer databases or comparable technology.
• Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License
• Skills: Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology; excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and customer service skills; strong written, verbal, and listening skills; analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office software and insurance databases.

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative. An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands. While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs).
