Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver high-quality service via phone and correspondence. You will assist customers, resolve inquiries, process updates, and support retention through upselling as appropriate.

The role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to meet quality and productivity targets while working in a collaborative team environment. Monday–Friday schedule available with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Background in sales and/or upselling is a plus.

Salary: USD22 - USD22 per hour

Customer Experience Representative

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality service and support across multiple programs. In this role, you'll assist customers via phone and correspondence, resolve inquiries, process account updates, and support retention through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Background in sales and/or upselling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $22/hr
• Schedule: Monday- Friday flexibility to work 7am-7pm (8-hour schedule will be determined within those hours)
