Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, and tour facilities.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes and programs to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
