Car Crafters Collision LLC, part of Open Road Collision group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks during a busy collision repair workflow.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized, and comfortable with Microsoft Office and multiple software systems. We offer a team-oriented environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior front desk/CS experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Answer calls, take messages, and email responses.
• Schedule appointments with service advisors.
• Arrange rental car shuttle pickups/drop-offs.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain front office and waiting area cleanliness.
• Support accounting tasks: billing, invoicing, A/R, A/P.
• Manage mail and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, staff, and partners.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Assist with internal messaging and errands.
• Use multiple scheduling/communication software.
• Contribute to team-focused environment prioritizing customer satisfaction.
