Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility in shifts, accountability, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Team Members will perform duties such as cash handling, merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers with loading purchases, while maintaining a positive store environment and Bird safety standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing/counting required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend products.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Restock and merchandise; complete plan-of-gram procedures.
