Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, with a pay range of $16.17-$17.19 per hour.

No experience is required, though retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Ask to Add Value and Appreciate the Customer while delivering Legendary Customer Service.
• Operate cash register and handle cash following Tractor Supply procedures.
