Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, supporting selling initiatives and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will handle cash, assist customers with loading purchases, and perform merchandising tasks while helping maintain a safe, clean store environment. No prior retail experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. Shifts vary, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Merchandising duties including plan-o-gram procedures, assembling merchandise, price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Support safety and the well-being of birds in poultry holding areas.
• Complete documentation for duties performed.
