In this role you will handle maintenance membership cancellations, de‑escalate customer concerns, and work with trade managers to improve the overall customer experience. You will schedule follow-ups, document interactions, and educate customers throughout their service journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and manage time effectively.
