Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at 1713 N. Morton St., Franklin, IN. This part-time role is the friendly face taking orders, greeting customers, and ensuring accurate, timely service in a fast-paced store.

You will uphold brand standards, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team environment while developing customer-service and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
