Job summary

RPM Pizza is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative at 2761 E Milton Blvd to greet customers, take orders, and uphold brand standards. The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

The CSR will help maintain cleanliness and safety while delivering a positive experience and contributing to store growth within the Domino’s franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
