Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise with over 40 years in the business, is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Rep in Thibodaux, LA. You will take orders with a fun, friendly attitude and help maintain the store’s standards.

Responsibilities include delivering great customer service, handling orders accurately, keeping the workspace clean, and supporting inventory and teamwork. Training and growth opportunities through RPM Pizza College are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit may be required in some locations).
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
