Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at the 1202 N. State St. location. You will be the first contact for customers, taking orders and ensuring a friendly, efficient experience in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and upholding Domino’s brand standards. Opportunities for growth and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
