Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a part-time Customer Service Rep to take orders and greet customers at 1827 East 18th Street. You will uphold Domino’s brand standards while ensuring friendly service and efficient order processing.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication, basic math, and a team-oriented attitude. Training, growth opportunities, and employee discounts are provided in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
