Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for customers. This part-time role focuses on creating smiles by providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will take orders, uphold brand standards, and work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and training through RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide a fun, friendly experience for customers.
• Uphold RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
