Werner Electric Supply in Appleton, WI is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage daily customer requests and serve as the liaison between Sales and internal teams. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience while handling orders, quotes, and inquiries.

The role requires 2–5 years in customer service in a fast-paced office, with strong MS Office skills and a customer-first mindset. Prior ERP/knowledge-management exposure and distribution knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP and knowledge management platforms preferred.
• Experience in construction/industrial product distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive customer relationships through professional and efficient correspondences.
• Process and manage multiple customer requests via phone, email, and website.
• Review daily reports to manage open orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Purchasing, Operations, and Financial Services.
• Provide product recommendations and alternatives as needed.
• Engage with vendor partners to obtain current lead times and pricing.
