Werner Electric Supply in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage daily customer requests and act as a liaison with Sales and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will build relationships, handle inquiries via phone, email, and website, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Purchasing, Operations, and Financial Services to keep customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of customer service or equivalent fast-paced office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Establish positive customer relationships through professional and efficient correspondence.
• Process and manage multiple customer requests via inbound phone calls, emails, and website.
• Review daily reports to manage open orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Purchasing, Operations, and Financial Services to coordinate communication with customers.
• Recognize opportunities to suggest complementary products or upgrades as well as alternatives as needed.
• Establish a feedback loop with the Sales and Product team to discuss customer strategies and insights.
• Maintain understanding of products and internal resources to address customer inquiries.
• Engage with vendor partners to obtain current lead times and pricing for quotes and orders.
