Job summary

Imperial Headwear is seeking a customer service professional to support our growing ecommerce presence. You will handle inquiries via email and phone, resolve issues, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

You will build customer relationships, assist with art coordination when needed, and stay updated on product trends and licensing requirements. A comprehensive internal training program accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Customer service experience (Preferred)
• Education: High School Degree (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to deal promptly with various types of client needs

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email and phone to external and internal customers as the ecommerce grows.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Nurture sales orders from start to finish ensuring accuracy, quality and on-time delivery.
• Build relationships with customers by anticipating needs and proactively engaging.
• Support art needs by coordinating with the art department and using proprietary tools for art creation when applicable.
• Understand company trademarks and registrations to ensure compliance with licensed logos.
• Stay current on color trends, hat styles, and product information.
• Assist marketing and sales promotions to support sales growth.
• Participate in internal training to progress through the program.
