Job summary

Imperialsports in Bourbon, Missouri is seeking a customer-focused professional to support our growing ecommerce presence. You’ll provide email and phone support to external and internal customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure timely satisfaction.

You'll nurture orders from start to finish, build client relationships, assist with art proofs, and participate in an internal training program to develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (preferred).
• High School Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to address diverse client needs promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence via email and phone to external and internal customers as the ecommerce presence grows.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Nurture sales orders through the process from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy, quality and on-time delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and clients by anticipating their needs and proactively engaging with them.
• Support art needs by working closely with our art department to proof designs using propriety tools when applicable.
• Understand company trademarks and registrations to ensure compliance with licensed logos.
• Keep current on color trends, hat styles, and product information.
• Utilize marketing and sales promotions to help support sales growth.
• Training: progress through a robust internal training program to achieve all the above.
