Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer support/data entry experience.
• Excellent customer service: friendly, courteous and helpful.
• Reliable team member with strong computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; fast 10-key entry.
• Professional telephone presentation; strong listening and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual abilities are helpful but not required.
