The role involves supporting showroom efforts, lead generation, and maintaining customer records across CRM, Oasis, SAP, and MS Office, with in-office collaboration four days a week. Required are a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years in customer service, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer claims to determine root cause and solutions.
• Follow up with Sales Agents after transactions.
• Coordinate actions with functions to resolve defects and deductions.
• Manage shipping, scheduling, and installations for replacements.
• Support efficiency initiatives and teamwork.
• Assist with training workshops related to customer experience.
• Prepare internal/external correspondence and reports.
• Research chargebacks, disputed invoices, and product discrepancies.
• Support accounts receivable with invoice processing and reporting.
• Review data on sales, inventory, and merchandising for accounts.
