Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Supervisor Customer Experience - BUILDER to oversee CX teams and ensure high levels of service. The role manages day-to-day activities, drives planning and performance, and coordinates with leaders to optimize customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and process improvement, with responsibilities spanning planning, coaching, and data-driven service delivery in a Dallas office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-3 years of management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing plans and schedules for efficient use of people resources and technology to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Review and identify business requirements and enhancement possibilities; recommend viable solutions.
• Supervise and coach staff; monitor performance and address deficiencies.
• Recommend changes and implement action steps to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead or facilitate team-based improvement projects.
• Maintain control of resources to ensure ongoing operations within budget and efficiency standards.
• Prepare information to explain or resolve customer issues or feedback.
• Resolve service-related issues and develop value-added processes for customers.
• Compile and review data around sales, inventory, claims, and related metrics.
• Perform other duties as needed
