Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-ins and manage appointments and inquiries.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
• Answer phones and return customer calls with courtesy and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns and order accuracy.
• Input documentation on calls and follow up with customers.
