AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics team is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support the Aesthetics and Consumables group. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers, processing orders and resolving issues to ensure timely shipping.

You will work with sales and operations to deliver exceptional service, maintain professional communications, and uphold accuracy while managing 50–100 daily interactions. Strong multitasking and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
• Experience working with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills.
• Associate Degree OR High School Diploma and relevant experience.
• AbbVie competencies emphasize teamwork, learning fast, and continuous improvement.
