Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Waynesburg, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide fast, friendly service to customers and support daily store operations.

The role is hourly and can be part-time or full-time, with duties including assisting customers, stocking shelves, handling cash/price checks, and learning computer systems.

Candidates must read, write and speak English, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform basic math on store forms.
• Must be able to learn and work on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in the English language.
• Be able to check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Be able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Be able to retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Be able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, remove and transport trash containers.
• Be able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store.
• Be able to enter and work in a cooler up to 45 minutes at a time.
• Be able to enter and work in a freezer up to 10 minutes at a time.
