Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, fax, email, web, and ecommerce in line with policies.
• Maintain customer notes, ship dates, carriers, and facility assignments.
• Answer incoming calls from queues within established metrics.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, shipments, pricing, invoices, credits, and returns.
• Support customer experience with timely, accurate responses and accessibility.
• Promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
