Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members who deliver a Legendary Customer Experience while working in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience is not required, but retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash according to policy.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
