Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires availability for varied hours, including nights and weekends, with duties spanning cash handling, merchandising, and customer assistance.

No experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, and appreciate the customer.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising tasks and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure bird safety and care in poultry holding areas.
