Job summary

UFP Industries, through its UFP Retail Solutions division, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support brands, products, and programs. You will assist customers before, during, and after purchase, using multiple channels to deliver a high-quality experience.

This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork to process orders, maintain CRM records, and support colleagues in delivering exceptional service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer service preferred.
• Proficient with computers and CRM and MS Office.
• Experience with customer interactions via phone and email is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via multiple channels to assist with inquiries.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide a high level, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend product trainings as needed.
