Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions including cash handling and order processing.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using data management software.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services.
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales support tasks, including preparing product samples for trade shows and appointments.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
