MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions is hiring in Mississippi for a front-line customer service role. You’ll answer calls, schedule maintenance and service appointments, and help customers with rescheduling while keeping CRM records accurate. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer journey.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
• Help customers schedule annual maintenance and service appointments.
• Handle appointment changes and find solutions when customers need to reschedule or cancel.
• Follow up on customer questions and concerns to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keep customer information, paperwork, and CRM records accurate and organized.
• Work alongside other departments to create a smooth customer experience.
• Bring a positive attitude, take ownership, and jump in wherever the team needs you.

What We Offer

• Pay: $14/hour during your first 90 days, increasing to $15/hour after successfully completing your 90-day orientation period.
• Booking Incentive: An additional $4 for every qualified lead booked with a Design Specialist.
• Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with MidSouth paying 50% of employee coverage after 90 days.
