Bordner Home Improvement is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to turn homeowner inquiries into qualified sales opportunities. You will build rapport, uncover needs, and create excitement that moves projects forward.

In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners by phone, text, and email, schedule high-quality appointments, and keep precise notes in our CRM while working with a motivated team that values accountability and results.

• $18/hour base pay + performance bonuses and commission (based on both on personal and team performance)

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
