Job summary

A leading Automotive Service Provider in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls while providing exceptional service and building relationships with customers. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer support experience, and a high school diploma as minimum qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
• Full-Time schedule availability within hours of operations: 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide customers appropriate solutions and alternatives efficiently.
