ITW in the United States seeks a Customer Service professional to support pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will handle order processing, returns, pricing updates, and shipping documentation while collaborating with Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, ERP experience, and strong communication, with responsibilities spanning regional order processing and distributor coordination.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Global distributor programs, products, pricing, and field sales requirements.
• Experience with carrier software packages (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Airborne) including familiarity with hazardous shipping regulations.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong computer skills; Excel formulas, spreadsheet development and manipulation.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with good time management and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders for North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
• Review customer information, verify accuracy, and communicate requirements to relevant departments.
• Prepare shipping documentation including NAFTA, CoA, and CoC.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal staff.
• Review and update change orders and feasibility with departments.
• Collaborate with carriers to select shipping options and costs.
• Provide administrative support and manage distributor spreadsheets.
• Assist in review of global price lists and online catalogs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
