Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner.
• Address customer issues/complaints and resolve to full satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily store cash and accounting functions.
• Maintain knowledge of front end policies and procedures to support service levels.
• Manage ACM lanes and self-checkout operations.
• Troubleshoot front end equipment problems.
• Stock front end products and minimize waste.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and route inquiries to the correct department.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform cashier duties and pricing as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and report safety hazards.
• Report theft or shoplifting and other policy violations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
