Job summary

Autocar Parts, LLC is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the inbound call center by managing customer orders and resolving inquiries related to credits, returns, and warranties through the appropriate channels.

You will also assist with simple account management, maintaining accurate customer information, coordinating routine updates, and ensuring timely follow-through for a smooth customer experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and case management processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage customer orders and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email via case management.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to credits, returns, and warranties.
• Assist customers in navigating the website and placing orders online.
• Maintain and update customer contact, shipping, and billing information.
